Maximum accuracy in technical production is the basis on which we ensure that the rolls and specialist components operate absolutely perfectly. For this reason, COSWIG invests continuously in the qualification of its employees and in modernising its machine park.

With CNC machining centres, Herkules lathes and laser measuring systems we have set the benchmark in terms of the accuracy and machining quality of our cast products. As a result, we can offer our customers a guarantee that the predicted performance potential will indeed be achieved in reality. Production takes place on two independent production lines with an annual capacity of 40,000 tonnes. This makes COSWIG particularly flexible and well enough equipped to meet any challenge.

Foundry

Permanent mould and hand moulding shop

Foundry I

  • Approx. 600 permanent moulds, with sizes up to a diameter of 2,300 mm
  • 1x Si-Cr moulding sand mixer with a capacity of up to 32 t/h

 

Foundry II
